Home & Birth Center Class - $250
Prepare for your home or birth center birth with this Birth Boot Camp Home & Birth Center class. This 5-session course is designed specifically for those planning an out-of-hospital birth, offering focused preparation for your unique experience.
The Birth Boot Camp evidence-based curriculum covers essential topics such as the stages of labor, natural pain management techniques, and the role of relaxation in achieving an unmedicated birth. You'll also discover how your partner can enhance your birth experience. We include information on transfers, epidurals, and cesarean sections, so you're ready for any situation that may arise.
By the end of the class, you and your partner will feel confident and well-informed, ready to approach your home or birth center birth with knowledge and peace of mind. This course aims to reduce the likelihood of needing interventions while providing the tools to handle any necessary transfers smoothly.
The total class fee is $250, with a $50 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot and order class materials. The remaining balance is due before or at the first class.
Group classes are taught in Payson, UT.

Be ready for any surprises that may arise, such as the possibility of transfers, and how to handle them with confidence and calm.

Understand what to expect immediately after birth, including initial postpartum care, early breastfeeding tips, and how to support both yourself and your baby in those crucial first moments.

Develop a birth plan tailored to your home or birth center setting, ensuring your preferences and desires are clear and actionable.
